I had a really good experience overall. Our driver was professional, calm, and easy to deal with the whole time, which made the trip feel a lot more relaxed. He arrived on time, drove safely, and seemed to know the roads really well, so we never felt rushed or worried at any point. The only minor thing was that one of the pickup times got a little confusing for a moment, but it was sorted out and didn’t really affect the trip too much. All in all, it was a smooth and comfortable service, and I’d be happy to use them again.

"Support was okay, just a bit slow"
I had to reach out to support about my order and it took a little longer than I thought it would. They did get back to me and sorted it out in the end, but I had to follow up once to get things moving. Not terrible or anything, just wish it was a bit quicker and clearer tbh.

"Decent Site, but Pricing Was Confusing"
The site was okay overall and easy to use, but the final cost wasn’t clear enough. Because the extra charges weren’t obvious up front, I felt a little unsure by the time I got to checkout.

"A bit of a rocky start, but it worked out"
I had a small issue at first, which was a little frustrating, and it did take some time to get sorted. That said, support did get back to me and eventually fixed the problem. Not a perfect experience, but in the end it felt fair.

"Good trip plan, just slow replies"
safarisun was really helpful with adjusting our safari plan so it actually fit our dates and budget. They swapped a few lodges around and added an extra day, and thankfully it didn’t turn into a big complicated process. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the replies were slow at times, whoever runs this really needs to stay on top of the inbox a bit better. But overall, the plan felt personal and the trip worked out really well.

We booked with safarisun.com sometime in late June, or maybe it was early July, I can’t remember exactly, but the safari vehicle was a lot more comfortable than I expected. The seats had plenty of space and didn’t feel cramped at all, and the ride was surprisingly smooth even on the rougher roads. I was actually able to relax between stops instead of feeling worn out all day. The AC worked fine too, which sounds like a small thing, but it really made the whole safari much nicer.

"Pretty easy booking, but checkout was a bit slow"
I booked a safari trip on safarisun last week and overall it was fine. The site was easy to use, and I found the dates I wanted without too much trouble. I don’t know why, but the checkout part felt a little clunky. It loaded slowly a couple of times, and I ended up going back just to make sure my payment actually went through. The confirmation email showed up after about 20 minutes, so it all worked out in the end. Not a bad experience, just wish the payment step was clearer and faster

"Really happy with our safari trip"
We booked our safari through Safari Sun it all went smoothly. The itinerary was easy to follow, the drivers showed up on time, and the safari itself was incredible (way better than I was expecting). We saw so many animals and felt safe the whole time. There were a couple small delays here and there (nothing that really bothered us), but overall we were really happy with the experience and I’d definitely book with them again

"Pretty smooth safari experience"
I booked this after seeing a few people mention it was reliable, my experience was good too. The driver showed up on time for both pickup and drop-off, which I really appreciated. The safari itself went smoothly, though there was a bit of waiting around at the camp. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid service and I can see why others recommend it

Our guide definitely knew his stuff about the animals and where to spot them, which I appreciated. But at times the explanations felt a bit rushed, and a couple of questions kind of got skipped over. safariSun were super easy to communicate with. I sent over a few questions and they replied really quickly without making me wait around or giving confusing answers. It just made the whole thing feel simple and stress-free.

"Great wildlife viewing, but a few annoyances"
I really enjoyed the wildlife viewing here. We saw a lot more than I expected, and that part was great. That said, the crowds were a bit much, and the waiting around got annoying after a while. It just felt like there was always more waiting, more people in the way, and then more waiting again. Still, the animals made it worth it, and I’m glad we went

"Really comfortable place to stay"
I booked through safarisun.com and had a really good stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, it felt safe and quiet at night which was exactly what we needed after being out all day.
It wasn’t anything super fancy, but everything worked fine and the place was clearly looked after. The staff were friendly too and helped us out with extra towels, I’d definitely stay there again.

"Really smooth safari trip"
We booked our trip through safarisun.com, everything was planned really well, from start to finish. The pickup times, hotel booking, and safari days, all went smoothly, and we always knew what was coming next, which made it so much easier to just relax and enjoy it. There were a few small delays here and there, but nothing that caused any real problem. I’d happily book with them again...

"Really Enjoyed the Village Visit"
I assumed it would be a quick little stop, but the village visit ended up being one of my favorite parts. The guides were really clear and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I figured I’d just look around and move on, but I actually learned a lot and really enjoyed the experience.

"Pretty good food, just wish it came out hotter"
The food on our trip with Safari Sun was better than I expected. Breakfasts were simple but fresh, and lunches had enough options that I wasn’t sitting there thinking, “Great, this again.” The grilled meat and fresh fruit were definitely the highlights for me. I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of meals were already a bit cold by the time we got to eat, which was kind of annoying, and one dinner was way too salty for my taste. Still, overall the quality was good and I didn’t feel disappointed...
